Nicky Clarke is the Chief of People at the Northern Care Alliance in Manchester, a group organisation of two NHS Trusts with 19000 employees.
She joined the NHS in 2013 after a long career in the private sector working for Cadbury, Boots and Rolls Royce.
Her time in the NHS started at Chesterfield and then moved to Director of HR at Nottingham University Hospitals before moving to the North West last year.
Nicky has a generalist HR background and has worked in manufacturing, healthcare and retail and has worked on many big change programmes.
